  These people are the distributors of Unico Systems Chiller for Air conditioners. My system was engineered by them. It was very expensive. They never work properly. The heat exchanger has been broken for nearly two months in the dead of the summer heat. They said when they received the part form Unico it was crushed and they had to order a new one. That was over a month or more ago. They finally got a new part to our plumber to install today. The plumber opened the box which is marked with the correct part but an incorrect part was in the box. I called both Unico and Yaun to expedite the part overnite and I was told it was too heavy for overnight. I asked how heavy and its 60 lbs. This is crazy. They are HORRIBLE and I am HOT!!!!
