  I will never buy anything from this overpriced place again. Terrible unprofessional "phantom owner" who doesn't trust his employees enough to give them a direct way to be reached or respect his customers enough to return their calls or emails. I lived in New Paltz for 6 years during and after college. I purchased a beautiful dress recently, the only item i have ever purchased from GB. After taking it home, I wore it and turned hot pink due to all of the residual dye. The problem happened when I HAND WASHED the dress. Many of the seems split and frayed. Since I live about an hour away, I had called the store to see what I could do about getting a replacement/return but no one answered so I left a message with my name and phone number. I never received a call back. I took the time to drive an hour back up to New Paltz to speak with someone in person. When I arrived, I was told by the lady who was working that I needed to get in touch with the owner because she couldn't help me. When I asked if we could call the "owner" together, she proceeded to tell me that she has no way of getting into contact with the "owner". I was given a card with an email address on it. I emailed the "owner" twice... that was 2 days ago. My original call was 6 days ago. According to a few people in town, the owner's last name is Cohen and he is a complete waste. So far... proving to be very true.
